The Lady Hurria Mosque, located in the heart of Cairo, the capital of Egypt, is an important cultural as well as religious site. The lighting project for this temple was carried out by the experienced Belight company. The project used three aluminum profiles, LIPOD, PDS-4-PLUS and Regulor, which were tailored to meet specific light intensity requirements and mounting capabilities on the façade. Sealing the profiles to IP65/67 standards was also a key consideration, which was important given their outdoor application. In addition, the selected profiles are CE, UKCA and RoHS certified, ensuring their high quality and compliance with international standards. The Lady Hurria Mosque has thus gained modern lighting that highlights its architecture and importance in the community.
